Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: When will my order be processed? A: Order are generally processed with 72 business hours of being received. When processing occurs a automatic email is generated containing a receipt and parcel tracking information. Q: How are orders shipped? A: Delivery courier depends on the size of order and shipping method selected. Generally most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS.) If another courier is used it will be designated with parcel tracking number. Q: What if my order is not shipped correctly?
